Texas Couple with Anti-Bush T-shirts Settle Lawsuit
A Corpus Christi couple and their Texas personal injury lawyers have settle a lawsuit concerning the wearing of handmade Anti-Bush t-shirts to an Independence Day event in Charleston, West Virginia. President Bush was scheduled to give a speech and secret service forcibly removed the couple.
The t-shirts read “Bush” in the middle with the circle around it and a slash through the middle, which is the international symbol for “No”. The false arrest lawsuit has finally been settled for the tune of $80,000.
